The first time I came across this book was in a first aid class. At the time, I thought the book was very well written and the graphics were extremely helpful. After finishing the course, I put the book away in my library.About two years ago, I went camping with my friends. This was my first outing in a very long time and by chance, I carried this book along. Thank God I had this book with me because we were involved in an accident which could have been potentially life threatening. If it wasn't for this book, I'm sure that my friend would not be here today. Hopefully this book will come back "in-print". But have this book so that you know what to do when a disaster strikes (earthquakes, hurricanes, accidents, etc.)
